Fr. Joseph M. Tabigue, C.R.S.P., Pastor Fr. Joseph was born in Prosperidad, Agusan del Sue, Philippines. Fr. Joe has a degree in Philosophy and earned a degree in Theology at the Pontifical University in Urbania. Fr. Joe professed his vows as a Cleric Regular of St. Paul (Barnabite) on May 31, 1999. He was ordained May 29, 2005 in Manila, where he did post graduate studies, which he continued in Toronto, Canada. Fr. Joe has been serving the Our Lady of the Rosary Community as an Associate Pastor since January of 2007.

Fr. Louis M. Solcia, C.R.S.P., Associate Pastor Fr. Louis was born in Cologno Monzese, Italy. He earned his Masters in Education from Loyola Marymount University and an M.A. in Social Studies from Lehigh University. Fr. Louis professed his vows as a Cleric Regular of St. Paul (Barnabite) on September 29, 1950. He was ordained to the priesthood on December 8, 1957, alongside Fr. Grancini. Fr. Louis has been Pastor at two Canadian parishes run by the Barnabites and served as Superior in various Barnabite communities. He has served the community of Our Lady of the Rosary as an Associate Pastor since 1990, as well as being the spiritual advisor for Magnificat and the Padre Pio devotions.

Deacon Stephen O’Riordan Stephen O’Riordan was ordained June 6, 2008. He and his wife, Vickie, are both Art Curators in the UCSD Libraries and members of the Parish Council and the liturgy committee. Deacon Stephen is in charge of Weddings and Baptisms for the OLR Community.
