Registration has begun for all grade levels K - 7 and Confirmation 1 & 2.
CCD Classes will begin on Sunday, September 10, 2023 with the children attending the 9:00 am Sunday Mass Service. Classes will follow at 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
New Students or (Students not participating in CCD School Year 2022-2023)

To complete your child's or children's CCD registration the three steps must be completed for each child.
- Fill out the OLR Religious Education Permanent Record Form (This form only needs to be filled out if you are newly registering your child and or was not in CCD for school year 2022-2023) CCD Permanent Education Record Form
- Provide a copy of the child's Baptism certificate. If you have to fill out the form in step 1 then you must also provide a baptism certificate. If your child was baptized at OLR click this link to request your childs Baptism Certificate. Baptism Certificate Request .
- Sign the Emergency & Consent Form (this will need to be done annually) CCD Emergency Consent Form

Not Baptized at Our Lady of the Rosary here are the steps to take to request your child's Baptism Certificate:
Email the parish of Baptism, include the following information in the body of your email.
1. Child's Full Name
2. Child's Date of Birth
3. The day of Baptism (get it has close as possible)
4. Father's First & Last Name
5. Mother's First Name
6. Mother's Maiden Name
7. Provide them with an address to mail the document.
